The Great Britain team won the Sultan of Johor Cup in 2015 – their first title in the Under-21 Invitational Tournament.
The hot and humid conditions in Johor Bahru could play a key role for the British team again.
In the 2015 final against India it was a nail-biting encounter before Great Britain sealed the title with a 4-3 win in the shootout.
Both teams were tied 2-2 in regulation time.
